Introduction to Fermented Foods


Fermentation is an ancient practice used to preserve foods, create new flavors and increase nutritional value. Join Andy Walton at this hands-on workshop. Make sauerkraut and take home a jar to ferment and eat! Sample water kefir, a fizzy beverage that is fast and easy to make at home. Space is limited; registration required.

Music Night - Mockingbird

A cappella

Mockingbird has been delighting audiences across the Pacific Northwest for 20 years. The a capella trio has evolved into the current medley of Robin, Sherrie, and Ali. Mockingbird performed at Northwest A Capella, winning third place overall and first place for original composition.
