Trumpeter swans and Puget Sound Energy's Avian Protection Program

Talks/Lectures

The talk will cover issues surrounding Trumpeter and Tundra swans injuries and death caused by contact with power lines and what can and is being done to minimize these occurrences. Additionally, the speaker, Mr. Mel Walters, will talk about local swan population trends and distribution as well as other bird species protected by the Program.
