The Provocateurs present Sinful Sunday!

Burlesque, Comedy, Revue, Variety Show, Cabaret

This show is an unscripted variety dance performance presented by The Provocateurs and The Dirty Bird Cabaret, both local dance troupes of the cabaret/ modern variety. Following the performance will be an epic electro-swing dance party with tunes spun by the beautiful DJ Electro Angel. Doors: 8 pm; show: 8:30 pm- 10 pm, with dance party following.

Southern Culture on the Skids


North Carolina's Southern Culture on the Skids -- guitarist singer Rick Miller, bassist/singer Mary Huff and drummer Dave Hartman -- has been releasing Southern-fried, rockabilly, swamp rock and boogie-woogie since 1985. The group celebrates the beauty of Waffle House waitresses, fried chicken (they often toss pieces to their audiences), Little Debbie oatmeal pies, double-wide trailers and demolition derbies through absurdist anthems of moonshine-laced hillbillydom.

The Russ Liquid Test


Redefining the possibilities of modern music, The Russ Liquid Test fuses the raw vitality of classic funk and the inventive sound design of electronic production. Songwriter/producer and renowned brass specialist Russell Scott heads up the New Orleans-based band. Guitarist Andrew Block and drummer Deven Trusclair round things out, with each providing a distinct musical background deeply rooted in the New Orleans jazz scene.

Mandolin Orange


Mandolin Orange is a bluegrass/Americana duo from North Carolina. Formed in 2009 by Emily Frantz and Andrew Marlin, they've picked up fans with appearances at the Newport Folk Festival, Austin City Limits Fest, and Telluride Bluegrass. Their debut album, "This Side of Jordan" from 2013, did very well, and their fans were just as enthusiastic about 2015's "Such Jubilee."

Trevor Hall


Trevor Hall, a native of South Carolina, has been writing and performing since he was 14. His unconventional mix of acoustic rock and reggae serves as a vibrant backdrop for thought-provoking, inspiring lyrics, which he delivers in a uniquely soulful voice. He writes all of his songs, sings, and plays guitar and harmonica. He is most famous for his song "Other Ways," which was a part of the "Shrek the Third" soundtrack.

Shook Twins


Shook Twins are a quirky folk quartet with identical twins Katelyn and Laurie Shook, born in Idaho, now based in Portland at its core. Audiences are likely to be treated to the guitar, glockenspiel, mandolin and banjo, as wells as the band's signature "golden egg" and some inventive use of a looping machine.
