Emphasis is placed on gently building strength, inviting flexibility, and nourishing a sense of inner quiet. New and continuing students welcome. Bring a mat and several blankets; props are available if you don't have your own. Section B does not meet July 4. Class is held at the YWCA on the corner of N. Forest and Maple.
