Pumpkin Pie Push All Paces Run

Who says you have to wait until after the big meal to have dessert? We’ll work up an appetite on this fun social group run and then enjoy some pumpkin pie after! Fun, surprise giveaways for taking a demo pair of Brooks Ghost 9 or Adrenaline GTS 17 shoes on a test-run. Brooks tech. rep. Christa will also have a wide selection of sport bras to demo on the run from the Brooks – Moving Comfort collection. Raffle at post-run celebration for store gift certificates. Get refueled afterward with some pumpkin pie. For safety’s sake, let’s light the night! Headlamp or flashlight required. Please wear something reflective.

Run the Alps: Chamonix and the Ultra- Trail du Mont- Blanc

Join Patagonia trail runner (and Bellingham local) Krissy Moehl and Run the Alps founder Doug Mayer for an informal evening of short film and conversation about the trail running scene in the Alps, from Chamonix, France to Grindelwald, Switzerland. They look forward to sharing their Alps experiences, planting the seed for your future adventures and answering any questions you might have. Krissy is a four-time finisher and two-time UTMB winner, coach, race director and author, and Doug is the founder of the tour company Run The Alps, a contributing editor for Trail Runner magazine and author of Run the Alps Switzerland.

Give and Glow Run

Running

Try to bring donations for the Food Bank. Then with glow sticks for everyone, head out for a trail-run ablaze with glowing runners in the evening ink. On the return, adorn a rapidly glowing tree and share some celebratory treats, presents and prizes, for yet another good glow. Gore-Tex shoes for demo!

Running Form and Efficiency Tips Clinic

Running

Staffer (and coach) Josh Vander Wiele will share some great tips for faster, easier, more injury free running. Participants will get a chance to practice what they learn with guided drills and feedback. There will be time for your running related questions, like “Am I breathing right?” Must RSVP by calling 360-676-4955.
