Intermediate Jewelry Stone Setting


This Intermediate Jewelry Series will focus on five (5) different cabochon gemstone setting techniques, as well as two (2) simple faceted gemstone settings. The full Series includes classes on: Turtle Prongs, Basic Bezels, Bezels for Odd Shaped Stones, Pedestal Prongs, Tube Set Gemstones, and Open Studio Time. Students will leave each class in the series with a finished sample. Educator: Leah Meleski. Prerequisites: Intermediate Jewelry Metalsmithing skill level who have taken the Beginning Jewelry courses and/or are proficient with soldering, sawing, drilling, polishing, rolling mill / roller printing, etc. Students can purchase and commit to the full series, or purchase only the individual classes they desire.
