Peadar MacMahon and friends

Acoustic, Folk, Irish/Celtic

Peadar MacMahon is a native Irishman, Folk singer, Story Teller and Musician of note. Peadar is well known in Bellingham, having lived and performed here from 1990 until July of last year. This will be Peadar's first performance in the United States since moving to Kilrush, Co. Clare Ireland. Peadar will be joined by Richard Scholtz on autoharp, Jon Sampson on Upright Bass, Jan Peters on Bouzouki and Harmonica and Danny Vogel on Banjo. They will be performing a selection of Irish traditional songs and tunes with contemporary arrangements from a recording project that they started last year and will be finishing with Paul Turpin at Champion Street Sound Studio while he he is here. Peadar is looking forward to seeing a lot of his old friends while he is in Bellingham and feels fortunate to have two great places to call home.
