Yoga for the Holidays

The short days of winter naturally pull us inward toward quiet and contemplation, yet the busyness of the holidays often makes December one of the most stressful months of the year. This course will focus on specific postures and breathing techniques to quiet your mind and soothe your nervous system so that you may experience more joy and connection with your loved ones this holiday season. Bring a mat and several blankets; props are available if you don't have your own. Class is held at the YWCA on the corner of N. Forest and Maple.
