Join Karina in an exploration of iconic dishes of the French food canon. We'll enjoy vichyssoise, that ultimate potato leek soup popularized by Julia Child; salad Lyonnaise, which combines greens, lardons, and fresh croutons tossed with mustard vinaigrette and topped with a soft poached egg; and coq au vin with egg noodles. For dessert, mousse au chocolat. Course fee includes choice of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage.
