Chakra Yoga

Join Maureen Kelly, CYT, for a gentle Vinyasa-style Yoga class with an exploration of the body's chakras, or centers of energy. Maureen will provide an overview of the chakras, while integrating yoga poses with several energy-enhancing approaches such as acupressure, sound, qigong, and a closing mediation. As you journey through the chakras in this workshop, you will learn how to open yourself to areas of the body in need of emotional or physical balance, and learn how to establish a road to equilibrium. Beginners welcome; bring a yoga mat.
