Weight Control with Hypnosis: Level II

Continue to use hypnosis as a tool for dealing with the inevitable challenges in maintaining a healthy weight and general sense of well-being. Topics include using hypnosis to help with stressors and focusing on activities that increase our willpower, energy, restorative sleep patterns, and ability to relax. Prerequisite: Level I course. $20 fee for hypnosis CD payable to instructor at first class; bring a pillow and mat/blanket to aid relaxation (optional).
