Ergonomics 101: Arranging Your Work Space for Productivity and Comfort


Discover what works well for you and your body as you learn how to arrange your computer, monitor, keyboard, chair, and all the accessories sitting on your desk. You'll glean simple and immediately applicable concepts to manage how your body endures time spent at your computer and discuss ways to apply these concepts to your office space at work or home. You'll also learn basic yet effective exercises you can do at your desk to keep you feeling productive. Instructor Brenda Henoch is WCC's ergonomics consultant, and has been teaching in the Physical Therapist Assistant program for 20 years. Class is held in a computer lab and is hands-on.
