Best Practices for Supporting Employee Resilience During Grief

When an employee faces loss and grief, staff morale and productivity can take a hit. This interactive workshop will help human resource administrators, supervisors, and managers gain strategic insights; build confidence on navigating and balancing the needs of bereaved staff; and learn effective tools to foster a safe work environment, maintain office productivity, and minimize workflow disruption. A staff education section will also be included in handouts. Lynda Cheldelin Fell is CEO of AlyBlue Media, a national healing facilitator, executive director of the National Grief & Hope Convention, and creator of the award-winning Grief Diaries series. Lynda's book, How to Help the Newly Bereaved, is included in course fee. Coffee, tea, and snacks provided.
