Beginning Yoga: An Introductory Workshop

Join Susan D'Onofrio for this free info-session and find out what our Beginning Yoga class is all about. Learn how yoga can help reduce stress, increase flexibility and strength, and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing. Susan will guide you through simple breathing exercises and poses, discuss different styles of yoga, and address common misconceptions and concerns, including what to wear and how fit a person must be. (Almost anybody can do yoga, as you will see). Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Pre-registration required.
