You'll improve core strength, posture, muscle tone, and flexibility with attention to form and proper body alignment. Instructors Charlotte Stickles and Hannah Andersen offer a variety of exercises and modifications for both new and returning students as they delve into the principles of the Pilates method. Bring a thick Pilates mat and water bottle.
