The 5 Elements

Our bodies and world are made of space, air, fire, water, and earth. These elements are constantly at work within and around us. Sometimes we can harness their power to propel us in the direction we want to go. Other times it feels as if we’re being pushed around at their whim. In this course we will explore how our own unique elemental constitution affects our overall sense of well-being and mental health. Through movement, meditation, and altar practices we will seek to enrich our spiritual connection to the 5 elements and learn ways to work in rhythm with them. Happening over four Wednesdays: Sept 12, 19, 26, and Oct 3rd from 9:30-11am. Instructor: Summer Cushman
