3rd Annual Blaine Equipment RoadEO

Children, Community Event, Education, Expo/Trade Show, For the Family

There will be a Truck Load O’ Fun for all ages at the third annual City of Blaine Public Works equipment “Roadeo." The activities will take place downtown behind the Blaine Public Library. Experience big equipment in action with demonstrations, and interactive activities for kids of all ages, games and prizes. Kids can climb aboard a variety of equipment while supervised for photos or just for the experience. Small children should be accompanied by an adult to ensure safety around equipment. “Much of what we do is behind the scenes,” says Ravyn Whitewolf, Public Works Director. “This event will provide the public of all ages an opportunity to interact with those doing the work to improve the quality of life for our citizens.” These types of events often include competitions between different operators as a way of refining skills and improving efficiency. This event will be more interactive and serve to demonstrate the capabilities of what the different types of equipment can do. It will be interesting and appropriate for all ages.
