Restorative Yoga

Class/Workshop, Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi

We will explore a sequence of supported poses designed to recharge and rejuvenate. In addition to just feeling good, restorative yoga has been proven to boost the immune system, decrease stress related conditions, and support weight loss. Prerequisite: beginning level yoga classes or one eight-week session of Iyengar Yoga. Bring two or three blankets, a mat, and a bolster if you have one. Props are available if you don't have your own.
