Community Event

On the second and fourth Saturdays of most months, we gather for silent meditation from 9-11:45 a.m., alternating sitting meditation (45 minutes) and walking meditation (15 minutes) throughout. Stay for the whole morning, or join us for just a sitting or two. We begin all sittings on the hour, so feel free to slip in quietly a few minutes before the hour during walking meditation.
