Drop-in Mindful Meditation Class

Free weekly drop-in meditation group led by Mindfulness Northwest teachers-in-training. Come and practice basic mindfulness practices that can lead to reduced stress and increased enjoyment of life. Enter through side door off parking lot. Important to arrive before 6:30 pm.
