Iyengar Yoga


This class draws on the wisdom and tradition of Iyengar Yoga, a style of yoga that emphasizes alignment. Emphasis is placed on gently building strength, inviting flexibility, and nourishing a sense of inner quiet. New and continuing students welcome. Bring a mat and several blankets; props are available if you don't have your own. Class is held at the YWCA on the corner of N. Forest and Maple.
