Weight Control with Hypnosis: Level I

Learn how to use hypnosis to reprogram your mind and body for long-term positive changes, helping you establish new healthy habits. We'll focus on developing self-compassion and acceptance, as well as bringing mindfulness to our relationship with our bodies, emotions, and the food that nourishes us. Hypnosis sessions in class and recordings at home will support our new habits.
