Pilates: An Introductory Workshop

Class/Workshop, Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi

This free workshop is your opportunity to spend an evening exploring Pilates! Instructor Hannah Andersen will first discuss the principles, history, and health benefits of Pilates--strengthened core muscles, increased flexibility and range of motion, improved posture and balance, and more. She'll then lead you in a beginner's class for the final hour. Wear comfortable clothes and bring an exercise mat or blanket, small towel, and water bottle.
