Pilates: Beyond Beginning

Class/Workshop, Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi

Review and build on the essential Pilates movements learned in our beginning classes. We'll incorporate more exercises to strengthen your core, challenge your balance, and tone arms, legs, and glutes. Bring a thick Pilates mat and water bottle. Section B does not meet November 22.
