Beginning Yoga: An Introductory Workshop

Learn how yoga can help reduce stress, increase flexibility and strength, and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing. Instructor Susan D'Onofrio will guide you through simple breathing exercises and poses, discuss different styles of yoga, and address common misconceptions and concerns, including what to wear and how fit a person must be. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Registration required.
