Increase your strength and flexibility, burn calories, and enjoy moving to the music! Instructor Rachel Carter has been belly dancing for eleven years and has been performing in a dance troupe and as a soloist for the past seven. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. No hard heeled shoes are permitted other than leather-soled heels.
