Iyengar Yoga

This class draws on the wisdom and tradition of Iyengar Yoga, a style of yoga that emphasizes alignment, providing students with a safe & effective method with which to practice a variety of postures. New & continuing students welcome. Bring a mat & several blankets; props are available if you don't have your own. Held at the YWCA on the corner of N. Forest & Maple. No class on Oct. 31.
